Our services

NEXIFY INFOTECH LLP provides design, development, marketing and support services. What we deliver is set out in your written quote.

Quotes and prices

We give you a fixed price in writing before work starts. If you ask for extra work not in the quote, we agree the added cost with you first.

Payments

You pay in steps, a part upfront and the rest at agreed stages. Work on a stage starts once its payment is received. You can pay online or by bank transfer.

Timelines

We agree dates with you and keep you posted. Timelines depend on you giving us content, access and feedback on time.

Your part

• Give us the content, logos and access we need
• Reply to questions and approvals in good time
• Make sure the material you give us is yours to use

Ownership

When the final invoice is paid, the work, the code and the accounts are yours. Until then, they remain ours.

Fixes and support

Every build includes 30 days of free fixes for faults in our work. This does not cover new features or changes you ask for later, which we quote separately.

Limits

We work with care, but we cannot promise a website will never have an issue. Our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the work in question.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of India, and any dispute is handled in Surat, Gujarat.
